Omelette Rolls Stuffed with Carrots and Cheese

Omelet rolls with carrot and cheese filling are a very cute and easy-to-prepare dish that will surprise you with its bright and spicy taste. Delicate omelet with milk is perfectly complemented with aromatic filling of carrots, cheese and herbs. A great breakfast for the whole family or a festive snack.

Ingredients

  • For pancakes:
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Milk – 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – for greasing the pan
  • Salt – 1 pinch

  • For filling:
  • Carrots – 150 g
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Sour cream – 1-2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Fresh dill – 3-5 branches
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare products according to the list.
  2. Break eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat lightly with a whisk.
  3. Pour in milk and beat again.
  4. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and heat it up.
  5. Pour a third of the omelet mixture into the pan and fry the pancake on both sides. We do this with the rest of the test.
  6. I made three omelette pancakes. Let them cool down.
  7. Cooking the filling. Peel the carrots and three on a fine grater
  8. We also rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  9. Chop the dill. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press.
  10. Combine carrots, cheese, garlic and dill in a bowl.
  11. Add sour cream and a little black pepper. We mix.
  12. Coat the omelette pancake evenly with the filling.
  13. Roll the stuffed pancake into a roll.
  14. We do this with each pancake.
  15. Cut each omelet roll stuffed with carrots and cheese into portions.
  16. Omelet rolls with carrot and cheese filling are ready to serve.
