Ingredients

  • 250 g minced pork
  • 250 g turkey minced meat
  • 60 g onion (s), chopped
  • 60 ml mango chutney
  • 2 cloves garlic, small, finely weighed
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, leaves (fresh coriander), or the same amount parsley
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder, hot or mild
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 rolls (hamburger buns or rolls)

For the set:

  • Onion (s), thin rings or slices
  • Cucumber (s), thin slices
  • Tomato (s), slices
  • Mango chutney

Instructions

  1. Mix the pork and salt ingredients together (with a light hand). Divide the cooked meat into four parts and form a burger out of it (approx. 1.25 cm thick).
  2. Either on the grill (preferred), in the grill pan or, as we did, in the oven with top heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they are completely through. Put in buns or rolls and let everyone do the garnishing themselves.
