Ingredients

  • 250 g couscous
  • 250 ml boiling water, lightly salted
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 25 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 small Can (s) pineapple pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • Ginger powder
  • Lemongrass powder

Instructions

  1. Put the couscous in a bowl and sprinkle the curry powder on it, pour the boiling water over it so that it is barely covered. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Add the butter and peanut oil. After the soaking time, loosen the couscous with a fork.
  2. Dice tomatoes, onions and garlic and add to the couscous with the pineapple. Then season with the spices and possibly some pineapple juice from the can.
