Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, fresh, diced pulp
  • 24 date (s), pitted
  • 2 tablespoon rum, white
  • 1 lemon (s), juice
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 vanilla pod (s), slit, pulp scraped out

Instructions

  1. Put the pineapple pieces and dates alternately on soaked wooden skewers. Mix together lemon juice and rum and marinate the skewers in it for 60 minutes. Then grill the skewers for 1-2 minutes per side (alternatively: fry in butter).
  2. Whip the cream with the honey and vanilla pulp until creamy and serve to the skewers.
