Puree the strawberries, mix with the yoghurt, the liquid cream and the sweetener. Soak the gelatine in the water, squeeze it out and heat it up with the juice in the microwave until the gelatine is dissolved.
Stir 4 tablespoons of the fruit puree into the gelatin and then stir everything evenly and quickly. Possibly sweeten.
Fill into 4 bowls and cool for approx. 3 hours, then garnish with almond brittle and the chocolate bars.
