  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk, lukewarm
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl. Add salt and dry yeast. Mix well, preferably with a food processor.
  2. Add milk, egg and 4-5 tablespoons of oil. Knead until the dough comes off the edge. Possibly add a little milk if the mixture is too dry.
  3. Then let the dough rise for 2-3 hours at room temperature.
