  • 50 g durum wheat semolina
  • 21 g yeast
  • 8 g salt
  • 8 grams sugar
  • 240 ml water, lukewarm
  • 4 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Put the wheat flour, semolina, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix together. Then add the water and oil while kneading until a smooth dough is formed. Cover the dough and let stand for 20 minutes. Knead the dough again briefly on a floured surface and roll it out thinly.
