Ingredients
For the dough:
Kefir – 125 ml
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
Soda – 1/3 teaspoon
Flour – 200 g
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
For the filling (to taste):
Sausage cervelat (any is possible) – 200 g
Pitted olives – to taste
Cherry tomatoes – 6-8 pcs.
Mozzarella cheese – to taste
Any hard cheese – to taste
Tomato sauce – 4 tbsp
Dried basil – to taste
Dried oregano – to taste
Directions
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2 pizzas with a diameter of 22 cm are obtained.
Prepare the dough. Sift flour into a cup, add salt, sugar, soda, mix well with a whisk and add warm kefir. We mix.
Add olive oil – it will make the dough tastier. Mix with a spoon and collect the dough into a lump.
Then knead with your hands. The dough should not be too tight, but soft and docile.
Divide the dough into 2 parts (for 2 pizzas) and form balls. Cover with a napkin and give the dough a little rest.
Cooking the filling: cut the sausage into thin slices, cut the olives into rings, cherry tomatoes – in half, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Roll out the dough to the dia of the pan (22 cm).
We spread the dough in a dry (no oil) frying pan and put it on the stove over low heat.
Fry the dough until golden brown. The dough will rise slightly; the main thing is not to dry out. Turn the cake over and remove the pan from the heat.
Spread out the filling: evenly distribute the tomato sauce, sprinkle with some of the grated cheese, lay out the sausage, tomatoes, olives, sprinkle with some more cheese, lay out the mozzarella and sprinkle with spices.
Put the pan with pizza on low heat and cover with a lid. We are waiting for the cheese to melt.
