Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf (roll) or frozen
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 50 g marzipan
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 25 g flour
  • 500 g plums
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into even squares (7 x 7 cm) or cut out rounds. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Mix the butter, sugar, marzipan and the egg with a hand mixer or food processor until everything has combined well. Finally stir in the flour. Spread about a heaped teaspoon of the mixture on top of the puff pastry.
  3. Wash, halve and stone the plums. Place 4 half plums on top of the marzipan mixture. Bake at 200 ° C for about 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  4. Tip: They taste best when they are lukewarm, and very tasty with a scoop of vanilla ice cream as a dessert.
  5. Of course, it also tastes good with other fruits. Frozen puff pastry should be rolled out a little thinner.
