Pork Baked in Foil

Fragrant boiled pork with garlic. Marinated and baked meat in foil turns out to be very juicy, tender and tasty.

Cook: 4 hours 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Pork – 1.3 kg
  • Garlic – 1 large clove
  • For the marinade:
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Barbecue seasoning – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking pork baked in foil.
    Wash the pork with cold water and dry.
  2. Peel a chive, wash and cut into slices.
  3. Make deep cuts with a knife and stuff the garlic into the pork.
  4. Pour barbecue seasoning, black pepper and salt into a suitable dish. Add mustard.
  5. Add 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix everything well until smooth.
  6. Spread the prepared mixture well on a piece of pork on all sides. Put in a cool place for 2 hours so that the pork marinates well.
  7. Transfer the meat to a disposable aluminum pan.
  8. Cover the top with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1.5-2 hours.
  9. The pork baked in foil is ready. The boiled pork turned out to be juicy and tasty, with a golden brown crust.
