Pork Kebab in Wine Marinade with Zucchini

Everyone knows that meat goes well with vegetables, so I recommend cooking pork skewers with zucchini. We will marinate the pork in dry white wine.

Ingredients

  • Pork – 1.5-1.8 kg
  • Onions – 2-3 pcs.
  • Dry white wine – 1 glass
  • Salt – 2 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander – 1 teaspoon
  • Zucchini – 2 pcs.

Directions

  1. The first step is to marinate the meat. To do this, prepare food: wash the meat and cut into small pieces; Peel, wash and cut an onion into circles.
  2. Add onion to a container with meat, then pour in the wine, sprinkle with spices and mix. Leave the pork shashlik in the wine overnight in the refrigerator to marinate the meat well.
  3. Wash the courgettes, trim the edges and cut into slices. Salt (1 pinch).
  4. String the meat on skewers, alternating with onions and courgettes. (It is undesirable to string the meat too tightly, the pieces should not touch each other so that the meat is well fried.)
  5. Fry pork skewers on hot coals, periodically rotating the skewer so that the meat is well evenly fried on all sides.
  6. When the meat is well browned on all sides, the pork kebab in wine is ready! Readiness can be checked by cutting one piece of pork – the juice should be clear.
  7. Pork shashlik in wine served with zucchini with vegetable salad.
