Pork Kebab in Wine

One of the classic ways to marinate meat for barbecue is in a dry wine.

Ingredients

  • Pork (neck) – 700 g
  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Dry wine – 0.5 cups
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Red pepper – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Thyme – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Wash the pork, dry it, cut into pieces, about 4 cm in size.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Mix meat and onion. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper, thyme. Drizzle with wine. Leave on for 4-6 hours.
  4. String the prepared kebab on skewers.
  5. Fry until tender over hot coals, sprinkling with marinade.

Pork kebab in wine is ready. Enjoy your meal!
