Pork Kebab with Vegetables

Kebabs are prepared from pork, tomatoes and onions. The meat is marinated with lemon juice, herbs and garlic. Barbecue is fried on the grill. Serve such kebabs well with tortillas and tzatziki yoghurt sauce.


  • Pork fillet – 450 g
  • Lemon juice – 0.5 cups
  • Olive oil – 0.25 cups
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) – 0.25 cups
  • Fresh mint (chopped) – 0.25 cups
  • Garlic (chopped) – 2 cloves
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil for grill lubrication
  • Cherry tomatoes – 24 pcs.
  • Red onion (cut into 2.5 cm cubes) – 1 pc.
  • Bread cakes with a diameter of 15 cm – 4 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Natural yogurt without additives – 1 glass
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) – 0.25 cups
  • Fresh mint (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon zest – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon.


  1. Cut the meat into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the meat with lemon juice, butter, parsley, mint, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium-high temperature. Grease the wire rack with vegetable oil.
  4. On wooden skewers soaked in water, string meat, tomatoes and onions. Put the kebabs on the grill rack, fry for 8-10 minutes. Put the bread cakes on a wire rack, fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Prepare the sauce. In a separate bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve kebabs with tortillas and tzatziki sauce.
