Pork Kebab with Apricots

An unusual recipe for pork kebab with apricots. An incredibly tasty combination of baked meat and fruits will not leave anyone indifferent! Try to cook such a meat dish during the fresh apricot harvest season.

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Pork (fatty) – 400-500 g
  • Apricots – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 3 pinches

Directions

  1. Place the meat in a deep bowl. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into rings, add to the pork container along with salt and ground black pepper. Stir and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  2. String alternately meat with onion rings and apricot halves on wooden skewers.
  3. Send the meat with apricots to the pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes at 200-220 degrees in the oven until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot pork skewers with apricots, remember to add various sauces or sour cream to it.
