Ingredients
Pork steak on the bone, 3 cm thick – 4 pcs.
Cumin, seeds – 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds (chopped) – 1 tablespoon L.
Ground chili pepper – 1 tablespoon L.
Salt – 1 tablespoon L.
Black pepper (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons l. For salsa:
Mango (diced) – 1 pc.
Creamy tomatoes (diced) – 2 pcs.
Red onions (diced) – 0.5 cups
Green onions (chopped) – 2 pcs.
Fresh cilantro (chopped) – 0.75 cups
Orange juice – 0.25 cups
Lime juice – 2 tbsp
Tabasco sauce – 0.5 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Directions
Prepare salsa. In a small bowl, combine mango, tomato, whole onion, lime juice, cilantro, orange juice, and tabasco sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add vegetable oil, mix.
In a small bowl, combine cumin seeds, coriander seeds, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Wash the meat, dry it on a paper towel, sprinkle with spices on all sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the pork steaks in a preheated skillet and fry for about 3-5 minutes on each side. To check the readiness of the meat, you need to make an incision near the bone, the finished meat should have a deep pink color. If the meat is bright pink, then you need to continue to fry it until tender.
Transfer the fried meat to a plate, cover with foil, leave to rest for minutes
Place the pork steaks on portioned plates and top with the salsa. Serve immediately.
