Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillet (s) (swordfish steaks, 180g each)
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • Thyme, paprika, salt & pepper

For the sauce:

  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 tablespoon coriander, fresher
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce

Grilled Swordfish Steaks with Avocado Salsa

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients - mix the spices, drizzle the fish with lemon juice and season.
  2. Dice the avocado and mix immediately with the lime juice. Finely grate the garlic cloves, cut the spring onions into fine rings, peel the cucumber, scrape out the soft middle part with a spoon and dice. Wash the coriander and weigh it finely.
  3. Mix the avocado, onion and cucumber with the garlic and coriander into the salsa and chill. Before serving, season with the chilli sauce and possibly a little lime juice.
  4. Grill the fish on the grill (in a pan if necessary) for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve the fish with the salsa and white bread, with a light leaf salad and a delicious white wine.
