Pork with Tomatoes and Cheese

A simple and quick recipe for delicious pork with tomatoes and cheese. I cook such meat all the time.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Pork neck – 1 kg
  • Tomatoes – 3-4 pcs. (depends on the size)
  • Bulb onions – 3-4 pcs. (depends on the size)
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Mayonnaise – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We collect all the ingredients for cooking pork with tomatoes and cheese. Peel the onion
    immediately. Wash and dry the meat.
    We turn on the oven, heat it up to 200 degrees.
  2. Cut the pork into portions 1 cm thick. I like when they are about the size of a palm, so it is more convenient to take a portion from the baking sheet – onions and tomatoes will remain on the piece. (In the photo – chopped smaller, it happened :)) We beat off the meat a little, salt and pepper
  3. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the tomatoes into slices. We rub the cheese.
  4. Grease the bottom of the baking sheet with sunflower oil. Lay out a layer of onion (half). Onions – meat. In this version, the meat will be more tender. You can not put the onion on the baking sheet, add more oil – the meat will be more fried, but it may burn :(.
  5. Put the onion layer on top of the meat again. Then the tomatoes
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Gently grease everything with mayonnaise. Place the meat with onions, tomatoes and cheese in a preheated oven. We bake at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes (time depends on the thickness of the meat and the characteristics of the oven)

  8. That’s all. Baked pork with tomatoes and cheese is ready.
