We prepare the ingredients. Mushrooms can be used frozen.
Let’s start by processing mushrooms. We clean the mushrooms, remove forest debris (grass and leaves) from them.
Cut the mushrooms into pieces, rinse thoroughly in cold water, changing the water several times. Fill the mushrooms with clean cold water, salt a little, and set to cook.
As soon as the water boils, remove the foam and cook the mushrooms for half an hour. Then we put the mushrooms in a colander and rinse.
Now we can do cereals. Combine rice, buckwheat, and millet.
Rinse the cereals thoroughly, fill with water, salt, and set to cook. After boiling, cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
In the meantime, the porridge is boiling, fry the mushrooms with onions, peel the onions and cut into half rings.
Fry the onions in sunflower oil for a couple of minutes.
Add mushrooms to the onion.
Fry mushrooms and onions for another 7-10 minutes.
Add oil to the porridge. We mix.
