Ingredients

  • 300 g biscuit (s) (butter), oat flakes or whole rain
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 2 cans condensed milk, sweetened, e.g. milkmaid
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 300 ml lemon juice
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated, use the grated zest
  • Butter, for the mold

Instructions

  1. Ground:
  2. Mix the butter with the crumbled biscuits and knead into a dough. Press the dough into a buttered springform pan so that an edge is around 2-3 cm high.
  3. Filling:
  4. Mix the condensed milk with the cream well. Then add the lemon juice and lemon zest. A creamy mass is created with constant stirring. Put these on the cookie dough in the mold.
  5. The cake must rest in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. Variations:
  7. Mango or peach wedges can be placed on the hardened cake. Fruits can also be lifted under the filling.
