  • 500 g minced meat, 1/2 + 1/2
  • 1 roll, old one
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion (s), chopped
  • 150 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes well and cook for about 20 minutes. Drain, cut in half lengthways and hollow out slightly. Soak the rolls, press them out and knead with the minced meat, egg, salt, pepper and onion. Mix in the hollowed out potato inside. Fill the hollowed out potatoes with the mixture.
  2. Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle over the cheese in the last 10 minutes and finish baking.
  3. Serve with a lettuce and radish salad.
