Ingredients

  • 600 g pork fillet (s), diced
  • 50 g butter
  • 40 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 0.5 ½ apple, peeled, finely sliced
  • sugar
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with paprika and salt, turn the meat in it and quickly fry in hot butter for about 5 minutes. Pour in the buttermilk, add sugar, pepper, caraway seeds and the apple. Steam everything for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Possibly add seasoning.
  2. Rice and fried whole tomatoes are enough.
