Ingredients

  • 4 slices puff pastry, frozen, square, 5 g each
  • 100 g oat cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • Vanilla salt
  • 1 nectarine (s)
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Let the puff pastry slices thaw for approx. 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the goat`s cream cheese with crème fraîche until smooth and season with vanilla salt.
  3. Peel off the skin of the nectarine and dice the pulp.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture on the middle of the puff pastry slices - leave an edge of approx. 1.5 cm. Spread the nectarine cubes on the cheese.
  5. Separate the egg and gently beat the yolks and whites.
  6. Brush the edges of the puff pastry with egg white, fold the squares over corners and press the edges firmly.
  7. Place the bags on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with the egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (fan oven) for about 18 minutes.
