  • Peeled walnuts – 80 g
  • Raisins – 70 g
  • Dried apricots – 50 g
  • Dates – 50 g
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Vegetable oil for lubricating the mold – 1 tbsp
  • Egg for greasing puffs – 1 pc.

  1. Prepare all products according to the list. Defrost the puff pastry beforehand.

  2. Place the raisins and walnuts in the bowl of a kitchen blender.
  3. Grind nuts and raisins for a few seconds at high blender speeds.
  4. Peel the dates. Cut dried apricots arbitrarily.
  5. Transfer dates and dried apricots to a bowl with nuts and raisins.
  6. Grind all dried fruits with nuts again until fine crumbs, 1 minute.
