Pumpkin – 500 g
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Butter – 30 g
For dough:
Boiling water – 100 ml
Margarine – 20 g
Flour – 1 tbsp
Fresh yeast – 15 g

Warm water – 3 tablespoon.

Warm milk – 200 ml
Sugar – 100 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Melted margarine – 100 g

Peel pumpkin, cut into small cubes.
Melt butter in a frying pan, add pumpkin, stir. Sprinkle the pumpkin with sugar and fry over high heat, stirring frequently. Until the moisture evaporates and the pumpkin looks like candied fruit. Pour the finished pumpkin onto a plate in a thin layer and cool quickly (put in a cold place).
Dissolve yeast in a little warm water with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Pour boiling water into a bowl, add melted margarine and 1 tbsp flour. Quickly knead the dough without lumps, let cool slightly.
Combine the brewed dough with yeast and mix well. Add a little flour and knead a thin dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand, stir and let stand again.
In a bowl, combine warm milk, eggs, pumpkin, melted margarine, sugar, mix everything.
Add the matched dough, mix. Gradually adding flour, knead the soft dough. The dough should not stick to your hands. Place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise. The dough will double. Knead the dough and let rise again.
When the dough comes up a second time, divide it into pieces. We roll a thick sausage on a table greased with vegetable oil. Divide the sausage into equal parts.
Roll a round bun from each small piece with our hands. Place the buns on a baking sheet, let them come up and brush the pumpkin buns with a beaten egg.
Bake the pumpkin buns in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until lightly browned. Cool pumpkin buns and eat.
