- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 kg quark
- 2 cup oil

- 0.75 liter ¾ milk
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Drain the mandarins.
- Make a kneading dough from 100g sugar, flour, butter, 2 eggs, 1 piece of vanilla sugar and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- Spread the dough on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and prebake while making the topping.
- For the topping, mix quark, 200 g sugar, 2 pieces of vanilla sugar, 2 pieces of vanilla pudding powder, oil, 4 egg yolks, 2 eggs, 3/4 L milk and the juice of half a lemon.
- Take the baking sheet out of the oven and spread the tangerines on the pre-baked base. Then distribute the curd mixture on top. Bake for another 25 minutes.
- Beat 4 egg whites with 4 tablespoon sugar until frothy. Take the cake out of the oven again and spread the egg white foam on top. Bake for another 15 minutes.
