Ingredients

  • 6 egg (s)
  • 375 grams sugar
  • 375 grams margarine
  • 375 grams flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 500 g fruit, as you like (washed + cleaned)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • possibly cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough (add a little milk if necessary).
  2. Spread on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Top with the prepared fruit.
  4. BAKING: 25 - 30 min at 200 degrees
  5. After cooling, mix the 2 cups of sour cream with a little vanilla sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of sugar (+ possibly some liquid cream) and spread on the cake!
