- 500 g quark, lean
- 3 egg (s)
- 170 g oat flakes or millet flakes
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 2 banana (s)
- 1 glass cherry (s)
- food starch
- powdered sugar
- butter

- Mix the quark with eggs, flakes, salt and sugar to a creamy mass. Let the whole thing swell a little.
- Cut the bananas into slices.
- Drain the cherries and collect the juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. In a cup, stir the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of cherry juice until smooth. Thicken the juice with it.
- Let the butter get hot in a pan and add a little batter with a tablespoon and bake until golden brown.
- Let the cherries and bananas get hot in the juice.
- Sprinkle the quark pancakes with powdered sugar and serve with the cherry and banana sauce.
