- 1 egg (s)
- 3 ½ teaspoons flour
- 1 sour apple (e.g. Pink Lady)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Milk, (1 - 2 tablespoons)
- Oil, for the pan

- Briefly beat the egg and salt in a bowl with a whisk, add the flour and stir. Then add enough milk until the dough is no longer firm but also not too runny.
- Wash the apple, peel and cut into small pieces, add to the dough and mix briefly. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, add the apple pancake batter, make sure that the apple pieces are evenly distributed and bake golden brown on both sides over medium heat.
- I like the apple pancakes best with a little maple syrup.
