One glass contains 200 ml. The ingredients are sufficient for half a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 200 °.
Mix all ingredients except flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Mix the flour and baking powder and add little by little. Mix everything into a smooth dough. The dough is very thin. Mix in cocoa, nuts, fruits or flavor as required.
Spread the mixture on half the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Variants:
Marble cake: Pour ¾ of the batter onto the baking tray, add cocoa to the rest of the batter and spread over the light-colored mass.
Nut cake: replace ½ glass of the flour with any nuts.
Chocolate cake: Add about 5 tablespoons of baking cocoa to the mixture.
Muffins: Simply fill the batter into muffin cups instead of on a tray.
Sheet cake with fruit: Distribute any fruit on the mass.
