Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Heat the fat and milk and pour them hot into the egg and sugar mixture. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and stir in. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and cut into slices.
  2. Line the baking sheet with baking foil or grease and dust with flour. Spread the dough in it, cover with apple slices, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and place in the oven on the middle rack.
  3. Bake at 180 ° C hot air or 200 ° C top and bottom heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
