- 220 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 330 g natural yourt, alternatively Greek yourt
- 100 ml oil
- 300 g wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 300 g strawberries
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour for dusting
- Fat for the shape
- Icing sugar for dusting

- Wash, clean and slice the strawberries.
- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar on the highest setting until frothy. Then gradually stir in the natural yoghurt and oil. Sieve wheat flour and baking powder and fold in carefully. Pour the mixture into a greased baking sheet. Dust the strawberries lightly with a little flour and place them on the dough with the cut facing up. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 40 - 50 minutes. Make a chopstick test.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
