Radish and Smoked Fish Salad

Spring salad with a mixture of salads and radish. Delicious smoked fish goes well with vegetables and makes the radish salad delicious and a little festive.

Ingredients

  • Smoked ice fish (trout, salmon can be used) – 100 g (it is better to take ready-made slices)
  • Radish – 100 g (1 bunch)
  • Salad mix – 0.5 pack (75 g)
  • For refueling:
  • Green onions – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Ground black pepper
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons spoons
  • French mustard (with grains) – 1 teaspoon

How to make a smoked fish radish salad:

Directions

  1. For the dressing, wash, dry, and finely chop green onions. Mix sugar and lemon juice. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add mustard, stir. Pour in the butter and beat with a fork or whisk. Season with salt and pepper. Add green onions.
  2. Wash the radish, dry, and cut into slices. Wash and dry the salad. Mix salad with radishes and place in a salad bowl. Drizzle with mustard dressing.
  3. If the fish is a piece, then cut it thinly. Place the fish slices over the radish salad.
