Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g ham, ham (diced)
  • 5 tablespoon wine, white
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chives
  • 1 can / s tomato (s) (pizza tomatoes)
  • 200 g noodles (spiral noodles)
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Put on hot water, cook pasta in it.
  2. Meanwhile, roast the pine nuts in a pan, add onion (diced), garlic (pressed) and ham and simmer until the onions are translucent. Then deglaze with white wine and season with salt, pepper, paprika and chives. Pour pizza tomatoes on top and let simmer for a while. Then add the pasta to the pan and fold in.
  3. Fresh parmesan for garnish.
