Rice Eggs with Cheese and Chicken Fillet Pieces Instructions

  1. Cut 1-2 pieces of chicken fillet into small cubes.
  2. We make a sauce in which the fillet cubes will be cooked: 150 g of sour cream or mayonnaise, a little dried basil, chopped greens (green onions, parsley, dill). Or any other spices
Add 2-3 cloves of grated garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix the sauce thoroughly.
  3. Pour the fillet cubes into a slow cooker or a frying pan. Add the sauce and mix everything.
I cooked in a slow cooker, greased the bottom of the bowl with sunflower oil, and alternated the baking and frying programs for 10 minutes until the chicken was done. Alternatively, you can fry the fillet pieces until tender in the same sauce in a pan with any oil.

  4. We transfer the finished rice to a frying pan greased with sunflower oil, add ready-made pieces of chicken fillet, grated cheese, raw eggs to the rice. Simultaneously with this, cook rice in a saucepan on the stove until cooked!

  5. Stir gently, fry on low heat for 10-15 minutes. You can fry the eggs and chicken in portions (in a small skillet) or all at once (in a large). If desired, the fried eggs and chicken can be decorated with whatever is at hand.
