Ingredients
- 700 g rhubarb, cleaned, approx. 800 uncleaned
- 3 orange (s)
- 4 cardamom pods
- 2 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 teaspoon honey

- First the rhubarb is peeled and cut into pieces approx. 3 cm in size. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air.
- Slice one of the oranges and squeeze the other two. Now the cardamom pods are pressed on with a mortar or the back of a knife so that they better release the aroma. Then scrape out the pulp of the vanilla and set aside with the pods.
- Mix the rhubarb with the orange slices, cardamom pods, pulp and pods and place on a roaster. Spread the honey and orange juice on top and mix everything well.
- Then place the roaster in the oven on the middle rack for 14 minutes.
- Remove the vanilla pods after baking.
