Ingredients
- 4 fig (s), ripe
- 1 bunch rocket
- 2 slices Parma ham
- 125 g mozzarella
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- Pepper, freshly ground

- Wash and quarter the figs. Wash the rocket and spin dry. Cut the ham and mozzarella into pieces.
- Put the rocket in a bowl. Pour oil and vinegar over it and mix loosely with the salad. Mix the mustard with honey.
- Arrange the salad, mozzarella, ham and figs on plates. Drizzle with the honey sauce, season with pepper and serve.
