Rolls of Pancakes with Red Fish and Cheese

Have you ever made pancake rolls? Then you have a chance to make delicious and simple pancake rolls with red fish and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Lightly salted red fish – 200 grams
  • Cheese – 150 grams
  • Butter – 50 grams
  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Milk – 2 cups
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar to taste

Directions

  1. Sift the flour through a sieve into a container in which you will knead the dough.
  2. Add sugar and vegetable oil to flour.
  3. Beat in the egg and pour in the milk.
  4. Whisk the dough until smooth, breaking all the lumps.
  5. Pour the dough into a preheated pan with a ladle and smooth it over the entire surface. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Turn the finished pancakes upside down. Place a piece of softened butter on the top pancake and spread it over the entire surface.
  7. Place the grated or sliced ​​cheese on top of the pancake.
  8. Put the red fish cut into thin slices on top.
  9. Roll the pancake into a roll.
  10. Cut the pancake into rolls, place on a plate, and serve.
