Salad “To beloved dad”

Salad with scrambled eggs, chicken, corn and Korean carrots will delight not only dads. 🙂

Let’s prepare a delicious and satisfying salad
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and put it in a pan with heated oil.
Let’s add some spices.
Fry the chicken on both sides until tender, add salt and transfer to a salad bowl.
Add Korean carrots to the cooled chicken. If the carrot is long, I advise you to chop it to a length of 3-4 cm.
Open a jar of corn, pour the liquid into a salad bowl.
In a bowl, beat eggs with 1 tablespoon. mayonnaise.
Fry an omelet from the egg mass in a preheated pan, not forgetting to turn it over.
Cool the omelet, cut it into squares of about 1.5×1.5 cm.Add to the salad.
Season the salad with mayonnaise.
Mix everything thoroughly and salt if necessary.
