Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast, fresh
- 150 ml water, warm
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 g butter for the toppin
- 2 egg yolks
- 300 g sour cream
- 150 g bacon, diced
- 500 g onion (s), cut into rins
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds

- For the dough, mix the flour, water, oil and salt into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Then roll out on a prepared baking sheet.
- For the topping, beat the butter until creamy, then add the egg yolks and sour cream. Spread the onions, bacon and caraway seeds on the dough. Pour the egg yolk and sour cream mixture over it. Let it rise for another 15 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 35 minutes and serve warm.
- This goes well with new sweet such as Federweißer or Roter Sauser.
