Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon mustard, grainier
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup, approx.

For the croutons:

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 slice (s) toast bread
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the topping well.
  2. Toast the toast very lightly and cut into very small cubes.
  3. Roast the sesame seeds in a coated pan without fat, place on a plate and heat the clarified butter in the hot pan. Fry the toast cubes until crispy while stirring.
  4. Mix the toast cubes and sesame seeds.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
