Ingredients

  • 4 large tomato (s), preferably beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion (s), white
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), green or red, medium hot
  • 4 g coriander leaves, fresh, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon lime juice, fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • some pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes, chilli peppers and onions into small, fine cubes. If you don`t want it so spicy, you should core the chillies and remove the partitions.
  2. Mix everything in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, lime juice and coriander greens. Let the salsa soak for several hours.
