Samsa on Puff Pastry

We love to cook and eat samsa. To cheat and cook it faster, use puff pastry. Thin dough and lots of meat filling are delicious!

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry – 500 grams
  • Minced meat – 500 grams (preferably lamb)
  • Onions – 2 Pieces
  • Spices – To taste
  • Egg yolk – 1 Piece
  • Sesame – 20 Grams
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  2. For the filling, combine minced meat, finely chopped onion, salt and spices. Mix everything well.
  3. Place some of the filling on top of the dough and fold into a triangle. Pinch the edges.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the samsa with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
  5. Cool a little and help yourself.
