Sandwiches with Salmon and Red Caviar

I present to you a festive appetizer that will disappear from the table first – sandwiches with red caviar and salted salmon.

Ingredients

  • White loaf – 200 g
  • Red caviar – 50 g
  • Lightly salted salmon – 70 g
  • Softened butter – 50 g
  • Cream cheese or soft goat cheese – 100 g
  • Fresh dill – 1 bunch

How to make holiday sandwiches with salmon and red caviar:

Directions

  1. Wash the dill greens under running water, dry them with a herb dryer, or simply spread them on a towel and leave for 20 minutes. Then chop very finely.
  2. Arrange the slices of the loaf on a cutting board and cut a circle using the culinary ring. You can give any other shape you want.
  3. Apply soft butter to the sides of a loaf of bread, and then roll the bread “wheel” over the dill – you get a nice green side of the sandwich.
  4. Brush the top of the sandwich with butter, butter, or soft goat cheese, place on a plate.
  5. Top with red caviar on half of the sandwiches, and lightly salted salmon, cut into small cubes, in half.
    Serve festive sandwiches with salmon and red caviar to the table and be sure – guests will not disregard such a snack!
