Scallop Ceviche with Red Caviar

Scallop ceviche with red caviar is an incredibly tasty and satisfying dish!

Ingredients

  • scallops
  • lemon
  • lime
  • Red caviar
  • spinach
  • dill
  • olive oil
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Squeeze lemon and lime juice. Add sea salt, pepper, and olive oil. Finely chop the scallops. Marinate in a citrus sauce.
  2. Put spinach leaves in each spoon, then scallops. Add red caviar on top. Decorate with a sprig of dill.
