Ingredients

  • 250 g wheat (Ebly)
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s), diced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 bell pepper (s). (red, yellow, green), diced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 5 spring onions, cut into rings
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ebly in the boiling vegetable stock in a saucepan until the water is soaked up.
  2. Fry the chicken breast fillet cubes in heated oil, add the peppers cubes and crushed garlic and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the spring onion rings and cooked Ebly, heat with, refine with crème fraîche and season with the spices.
