Shish Kebab in a Pan “Mom at Work”

I want a barbecue, but I don’t even have time to go to a picnic. This recipe is the perfect outlet for you. In the evening in 10 minutes we will marinate the meat, and the next day we will throw the meat into a frying pan – and the kebab is ready!

Cook: 40 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Pork – 1 kg
  • Onions – 4-5 pcs.
  • Lemon juice – 0.5 cups
  • Butter – 4 tablespoons spoons
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the meat, cut into portions. Peel the onion, wash, cut into thin rings.
  2. Put the meat in a bowl, add onions. Season with salt, pepper and stir. Add lemon juice, mix well, cover tightly, refrigerate for marinating (at least 4 hours).
  3. After marinating, separate the meat from the onion. Preheat a frying pan, add butter. Put the meat in the butter.
  4. Fry the kebab in a pan over medium heat on all sides until golden brown, almost until tender (only 15-20 minutes).
  5. Then lay out the pickled onions.
  6. Stir everything, cover the meat with a lid, simmer the kebab in a pan over the lowest heat for 10 minutes.
