Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 100 g pork belly, smoked
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 cucumber (s), (pickles)
  • tomato ketchup
  • Ketchup (spice ketchup)
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • Paprika powder, hot and sweet
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut all ingredients into pieces as you would for shashlik.
  2. Fry the smoked pork brook in oil, add the turkey meat and briefly continue to fry with salt, pepper and paprika. Add the onion and fry again briefly, add the pepper pieces and deglaze with 1/4 l water or vegetable stock, add the ketchup, mustard and the cucumber and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Serve with rice or french fries.
