Ingredients

  • 200 g fish fillet (s) (cod or redfish or similar)
  • 200 g butter, salty
  • 300 g shrimp, (cooked)
  • 4 slices salmon, smoked
  • Worcester sauce
  • Lemon (s) - slices and dill z. Garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fish fillet in slightly simmering salted water for about 10 minutes and let it cool down.
  2. Beat the butter until frothy. Finely mash the fish with a fork and stir into the softened butter. Chop the shrimp and add.
  3. Heat everything in a saucepan for approx. 5 minutes until a homogeneous mass is formed (do not let it become liquid!) Put everything in a bowl and chill overnight.
  4. Cut off plaice with a spoon, arrange on plates with a slice of smoked salmon each and garnish with dill and lemon wedges.
  5. You can also fill the mass very well in small portion molds, refrigerate and hold it briefly in hot water to turn it down.
  6. Tastes very good as a starter with strong bread.
