Shrimp with Bacon

Warm salad with prawns and bacon served with gravy and oatmeal.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Oatmeal – 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded) – 120 g (1 glass)
  • Bacon (sliced) – 4 strips
  • Medium shrimp (peeled) – 450 g
  • Cream tomatoes (peeled, finely chopped) – 2 pcs.
  • Green onions (chopped) – 2 pcs.

Directions

  1. Prepare the oatmeal according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a pan for 6-8 minutes, until crispy. Transfer the fried bacon to a paper towel.
  3. Put the tomatoes and shrimps in the pan in which the bacon was fried, cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3-5 minutes until the shrimps are cooked. Place oatmeal on serving plates.

Place the contents of the skillet on a plate of oatmeal, sprinkle the prawn salad with bacon and green onions.
