Ingredients
- 400 g chicken schnitzel or breast
- 350 g tomato (s)
- 300 g zucchini
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 0.5 ½ bunch basil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper

- Cut the chicken into fine strips. Cut the tomatoes crosswise, put them in a bowl and pour hot water over them. Then peel and cut into cubes. Wash the zucchini, also dice. Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Heat the oil in a pan. First fry the chicken strips. Then add the vegetables and let them stew until they become a little creamy. Season to taste with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
- In the meantime, wash and dry fresh basil. Pluck the leaves and cut finely. Fold into the shredded meat just before serving. Fresh baguette tastes good with it.
